Have you created the perfect mailer design that you want to re-use? A top-performing Facebook ad? A custom team flyer? Duplicating your designs in Brivity Marketer is easy!

Duplicate a Mailer

Step 1: Click 'Mailers'

Navigate to your previous designs by hovering your mouse over the left-side navigation menu and clicking on 'Mailers'.

Step 2: Click 'Duplicate'

Find the previous design that you want to duplicate, click the '...', then click 'Duplicate'.

Step 3: Rename and Edit Your Mailer

Once a duplicate has been made, click on the '...' and select 'Edit' to rename, edit and choose destinations for your new mailer.

Duplicate a Flier

Step 1: Click 'My Designs'

Navigate to your previous designs by hovering your mouse over the left-side navigation menu and clicking on 'My Designs'.

Step 2: Click 'Duplicate'

Find the previous design that you want to duplicate, then hover your mouse over the thumbnail and click the '...', then click 'Duplicate'.

Step 3: Rename and Edit Your Flier

Hover your mouse over the new copy and click 'Edit' to rename and make any adjustments to your flier.

Duplicate a Digital Ad

Step 1: Click 'Paid Ads'

Navigate to your previous ad campaigns by hovering your mouse over the left-side navigation menu and clicking on 'Paid Ads'.

Step 2: Click 'Duplicate'

On the right-hand side of the screen, click the '...' under the 'More' column, then click 'Duplicate'.

Step 3: Edit and Purchase Your Ad

When the ad creation window opens, click 'Edit Ad' to make any adjustments to the photos and content, adjust ad duration and budget and click 'Purchase Ad' when you're ready!
