Add a Preferred Lender to a Brivity Website
By adding a Lender to your website, leads are sent to lenders (in addition to being distributed to your agents) when people request to prequalify on any Property Page. The lender will get notifications of pre-qualification requests with all the contact information, and they will be able to nurture the lead collaboratively with the Primary Agent.
Add a Lender to Your Brivity Website
Step 1: Brivity Website Builder Login
Log into the Brivity Website Builder here.
Only the Account Owner has access to the Web Builder.
Step 2: Roster Tab
Click the 'Roster' tab in the top menu.
Step 3: Add Lender
To add a Preferred Lender (who is not in your CRM), click on 'Preferred Lender', then fill out the information.
The field to add a photo will only appear after you enter and save all of the contact information.
Only add a Lender if they will not be a user in your CRM.
If this Lender will be a user in your CRM, add them here first, and the user will dynamically show in this area if you haven't made any manual updates to your website's 'Roster' page.
Step 4: Verify Website Display
Once added, your Preferred Lender will display next to the Mortgage Rate information on Proprty Detail pages on your website.
